Swing Fit – Australian PGA Championship 2017

Swing Fit

Swing Fit

The fun, healthy and social way for women to get started in golf

Come-and-try sessions* are being held during the upcoming Australian PGA Championship and are open to any female who is new to golf and wants to give it a go. You’ll learn the basics of golf in a very social, relaxed and fun way, whilst getting your whole body moving through yoga and Pilates style conditioning and movement exercises. You’ll also learn how to hit the ball and sink those putts!

Swing Fit has been developed to provide a golf experience that focuses on health and fitness in a social environment.

Free Swing Fit sessions will be held at the RACV Royal Pines Resort, Ross Street, Benowa on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 December (10:00am – 11:15am).

Registration to these sessions includes a free ticket to the Australian PGA Championship. You don’t need any golf knowledge or equipment, simply turn up in your active/ gym wear and have a go.
