The Tournament Village will come alive with entertainment on the Stage towards the end of play each day starting at 5.00pm and finishing at 7.00pm.
The line up of entertainment includes:

GATE OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES
Gate times are related to the tournament draw and tee times, which are confirmed closer to the event. Indicative times are as follows.
Thursday and Friday: gates open at 5.30am and close one hour after play concludes at approximately 7.00pm
Saturday and Sunday: gates open at approximately 6.30am and close one hour after play concludes at approximately 7.00pm
Weekend gate opening times subject to change pending weekend tee times. Following the close of play each day, there is entertainment schedule in the Tournament Village until 7.00pm.
Gates will be open to the public free of charge from 5.00pm on Thursday and Friday, and 3.00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
GETTING TO THE PGA
Public parking is available at the car park opposite Metricon Stadium, entering off Alabaster Dr. A free shuttle bus runs from the car park to the main gate for spectators, commencing from 5.30am on Thursday, and 6.00am from Friday – Sunday. The cost of parking is $10 for one day, or $20 for two or more days.
The closest train station is Nerang Station, with trains running regularly from Brisbane. A free shuttle bus runs from Nerang Station to the main gate for spectators, accessed from the bus bays on the Eastern side of the station. The shuttle commences 5.30am on Thursday and 6.00am from Friday to Sunday, and finishes at 7.30pm each day.

A free shuttle bus runs from Broadbeach South station via Jupiter’s Casino to RACV Royal Pines Resort, commencing at 9.30am and concluding with the last return shuttle at approximately 7.30pm daily. The shuttle will run continuously departing every 30minutes.

ACCESS TO THE COURSE
Pedestrian entrance to the course is located on the east side of Ross Street. Course access is available to patrons with general admission tickets, official accreditation or hospitality passes.
Patrons are to stay outside the ropes and follow the marshal’s instructions when crossing the fairways at the designated crossing points. Pass outs are not available at this event.
The main public catering area is located in the Tournament Village and will include a range of gourmet food trucks and licensed bar.
There will also be numerous public catering outlets positioned around the course, including at the Soniq Million Dollar Hole on the 16th.
Official Australian PGA Championship Merchandise, supplied by Cobra-Puma, can be purchased in the Merchandise Tent located in the Tournament Village.
GRANDSTANDS AND SEATING
A public grandstand is located adjacent to the 18th green. Reserved seats are available via the Champions Club premium ticket, with the remaining seats unallocated.
There are numerous seating options available in the Tournament Village and Soniq Million Dollar Hole (16th), in view of the super screens and live broadcast.
ELECTRONIC SUPER SCREENS
Electronic super screens are location in the Tournament Village, 18th green and Soniq Million Dollar 16th Hole to ensure all spectators are up to date on play. The screens will display the tournament channel feed comprising of broadcast, live scoring and sponsor branding.
First Aid is available all week in the Golf and Sport Car Park, adjacent to the entrance to the Tournament Village “Welcome” sign. Please take note of the St John Ambulance location and personnel as you enter.
An information booth to provide daily draws, tournament programs and general spectator information is located in the Starter’s Hut, at the corner of the Tournament Village and adjacent to the first tee.
DAILY DRAW SHEETS AND MAPS
Daily draw sheets and course maps will be available at the Information Booth or on entry at the Ticketek box office.

An ATM machine is located at the entrance to the Tournament Village, adjacent to the First Aid.
MOBILE PHONE POLICY
Spectators are required to turn their phones off or on silent whilst on course.
Professional Cameras and Video Cameras are strictly prohibited at the event. Only official media and accredited officials can take photographs or footage using professional camera. Small digital cameras and mobile phones may be used, providing they are on silent.
EVACUATION POLICY / INCLEMENT WEATHER
A golf tournament can continue play in raining conditions. If weather is potentially dangerous to players and spectators, then a siren will sound and play will be suspended. If the siren sounds, patrons are advised to seek shelter immediately and avoid the following: Open areas, hill tops and high places, isolated trees, golf carts grandstands, telephone poles, metal or wire fences, metal stakes and TV towers.
If an evacuation is required, spectators will be directed to the nearest departure gates.

Where do I park during the tournament?Public car Park is located off Alabaster Drive – Opposite Metricon Stadium.
Can I get a taxi to and from the venue?Yes, the pickup and drop off point is at close proximity to the front gate on Ross Street.

Can I take food into the tournament?Yes you are able to bring your own food into the venue however there will be ample catering outlets available in the Tournament Village as well as various roaming outlets on course.
Can I take beverages into the tournament?Yes you are able to bring non-alcoholic beverages into the venue as long as the beverage is sealed and in a plastic bottle. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted and will be confiscated upon entry. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the catering outlets located in the Tournament Village.
How can I find out the tee times?
How do I keep updated on the scores?During the Tournament scores will be displayed on the super screens located in the vicinity of the Tournament Village and 18th green. You will also be able to keep updated on the live scoring via this website and the PGA website, or download the PGA Tour of Australasia iPhone app which features live scoring, if you’re unable to attend the tournament.
What are the start and finish times of play?In general, round 1 and 2 of play will start at approximately 6.00 am and finish at 7.00pm and for round 3 and 4 play will start at approximately 6.30 am and finish at 4.00 pm. Please check the website closer to the event for confirmed tee times.
What are the Pro-Am tee times?The morning field’s tee time is 7.00 am shot-gun start and the afternoon tee time is 1.00 pm shot-gun start.

Do I have to pay an entry fee to watch on practice and Pro-Am days?No you don’t, practice days and Pro-Am day are free to all spectators.
