Fan friendly tickets available to watch Sergio Garcia at the Australian PGA Championship

While World Number 5 Sergio Garcia is chasing a victory at the Australian PGA Championship it is sports fans who are set to be the big winners.
With the announcement that the reigning Masters Champion is heading to RACV Royal Pines Resort from 30 November – 3 December the PGA of Australia confirmed that ticket prices will be fan friendly in 2017.
Whether purchased on the gate or pre-purchased via Ticketmaster, general admission tickets will be $25 per adult.
To ensure the Australian PGA Championship fits into the family budget children, aged 16 years and under, are admitted free of charge when attending with a paying adult.
“Sergio Garcia has always been a fan favourite so we are pleased to give Australian sports fans the opportunity to watch him in action in our own backyard,” said Gavin Kirkman, CEO of the PGA of Australia.
“We want to make this opportunity as accessible as possible which is why I am proud to announce that we have set our tickets at a fan friendly price of $25 per adult with children,16 and under, free of charge.”
The Australian PGA Championship is a festival of golf with Sergio Garcia set to provide scintillating golf inside the ropes for avid golf fans, the Cobra Puma Orange Crush Kid’s Day getting children excited and the Million Dollar Hole the place to be seen for young event goers.
But it is also a celebration of golf; on Tuesday 28 November the Australian golf industry will gather to recognise the high achievers of the game at the Greg Norman Medal.
“The Australian PGA Championship is a celebration of golf; we will be celebrating with Sergio his Masters victory, as well as the best of the Australian golf industry at the Greg Norman Medal,” added Kirkman.
“The festival atmosphere we have created on the Gold Coast will continue with the free Cobra Puma Orange Crush Kids Day, live music and the Million Dollar Hole.”
Tickets to see Sergio Garcia play in the Australian PGA Championship from 30 November to 3 December at RACV Royal Pines Resort are now on sale at Ticketmaster.
