2008 champion, Geoff Ogilvy
2002: Jarrod Mosely and Peter Lonard made the decision to share the inaugural title won at the Palmer Coolum Resort, when it became impossible to stage a playoff due to darkness.
2003: Peter Senior claimed his second Australian PGA Championship title, this time in his home state. His first PGA title was won in 1989 at Riverside Oaks in NSW.
2004: Peter Lonard won his second PGA title despite starting the final day 3 strokes behind the 3rd round leader, James Nitties who was playing only his fourth ever professional event.
2005: Having won the Australian Open the week prior, Robert Allenby won his third PGA before going on to win the Australian Masters the following week.
2006: Nick O'Hern holed out from the greenside bunker for birdie on the fourth hole of a play-off with Peter Lonard to end a 7 year title drought.
2007: Peter Lonard established himself as the ‘King of Coolum’ taking home his third PGA title in 6 years following a final round of seven-under 65 to win by three shots.
2008: In what was ultimately a battle between Mathew Goggin and his final round playing partner, Geoff Ogilvy, it was Ogilvy who prevailed to win his first professional title on Australian soil.
2009: An emotional Robert Allenby claimed his fourth Australian PGA Championship title at Coolum in 2009 and dedicated his emphatic four-stroke victory to his late mother, Sylvia.
2010: Peter Senior toppled Geoff Ogilvy in a sudden-death play-off to win his third Australian PGA Championship title, an incredible 21 years after his first.
2011: In one of the most dramatic finishes in the tournament's long history, Greg Chalmers, overcame four-time winner Robert Allenby and Marcus Fraser in a playoff, to claim the title only two weeks after winning the Emirates Australian Open.
